September 1855 in resounding garden) was a liberal politician. - Itzstein became 1822 member of the second chamber of the federal state parliament of Baden. There it acquired itself due to its liberal opinions large call. It occurred in particular for the Pressefreiheit, the expansion of the parliamentary rights and efficient control of the budget.
