Two dutch language booklets published in conjunction with the launch of RNN Guided missile Frigatge De Ruyter, 1974:The Tromp class guided missile frigates were the first higly automated all gas turbine propelled vessels in the Royal etherlands Navy and were considered as one of the most advanced designs of the mid-seventies with a range of 5000 nautical miles at 18 kt. Built by Royal Schelde Shipyuards, Flushing. Launched 1974, commissioned 1976.
