Fives-Ball game, Keatsen or Kaatsen is mainly played in Friesland Province, The Netherlands. is a very old game, probably originating from ancient Egypt. It reached Europe through the Greek and Roman civilizations, originally played by men only, with a small leather ball to hit by hand, and is related to the game of Tennis or Jeu de Pélotte.
